I started my home buying journey in 2023. I was particular about what I wanted. Bill has been amazing. I have known quite a few other realtors, some of them friends, but I would never trust my real estate transactions to anyone else but Bill Moomaw. The most valuable part of everything has been his unending willingness to explain EVERYTHING I wanted to know. I am very detail oriented and ask lots of questions about why this process or why that decision, etc etc. He never blew me off and always spent tons of time explaining every detail to my satisfaction. It was like having an AI assistant that knew everything about whatever I asked. He never had to “go check on that” or “investigate why that is”. He always had the answers. The correct answers. We could delve into demographics, trends, his advice was always top notch, detailed and with basis in experience and reality. He would frequently redirect me in my thought process as he was thinking of solutions that had never occurred to me. If not for his perseverance with me, I would not have a house. During the actual buying process after having settled on a home, his assistant Celeste was ALWAYS on point. The communication is incredibly timely. I have never met her but trust her completely to not drop the ball as she has shown fantastic attention to each step of the process. We found Jason when he responded to our interest in a lake property. The planets definitely aligned for us as he has been one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. The one we had interest in from Zillow was good, but turned out not to be "the" one. He immediately started researching other properties based on our "wish list," took us on a grand tour of homes and we found "the" one. In late 2021, we decided to finally get out of the insane renting game and buy a house. We knew the kinds of houses we wanted and the very specific areas we wanted to live in. Going into this, we knew the conventional realtor/client relationship wasn't going to be for us - we were highly picky, independent, and at times, obstinate buyers. Since there's no way to really tour houses independently, we had no choice but to enlist the help of a realtor, and decided to just let Zillow roll the dice and see who we came up with. We figured we could always find someone else if their pick didn't work for us.We ended up getting Jason. I'm happy to say things could not have worked out any better.From our first meeting, Jason made it apparent that he LISTENS to his clients. He knew we wanted a more hands-off approach, and had certain requirements we weren't willing to budge on. He respected us thoroughly and never tried to push undesirable properties on us to try and make a sale. Over the course of our house buying "journey" (which at times felt more like a Sisyphean effort), we sent in offers on 7 different properties - each time getting more and more discouraged about the process and questioning whether this was really in the cards for us at all. Jason never let us get worn down and was more like a counselor than a realtor at times. His knowledge of the DFW market and "hang in there" attitude paid off in the end, and thanks to his expertise with crafting the offer, we finally got one accepted - on our favorite house, nonetheless. Literally, it was the house that we walked into and said off the top "there's no way we're getting this one." Jason (and maybe a little divine intervention) helped make it happen. My husband randomly contacted a name on Zillow a little over a year ago when we decided Rockwall was where we wanted to put down roots. Little did we know we hit the Jackpot with Stacy Rose. Lauren was extremely helpful through the entire process. Prior to ever signing a contract, she went through the house with us and helped determined what improvements would need to be made, and ran the numbers to see what kind of return we could expect. We had several investor offers, but with her help we were able to determine that it made sense to invest in the improvements ourselves and then sell. She was quick to answer questions and stayed in regular contact while we readied the house for the market. Once on the market, she diligently kept us updated on viewings, comments, and offers, as well as general market conditions.
